Details and Requirements

• We honor Visa & MasterCard and gladly accept your check or cash.
• Check in from 3:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. Check out is 11:00am.
  • Later arrivals can be easily accommodated.
• We suggest you make your reservation as far in advance as your plans will allow. In some cases a 50% deposit will be required to hold a room. A reservation is not confirmed until a letter has been sent by mail or e-mail, or a number has been assigned by a reservation staff member.
• Our cancellation policy is 14 days prior to arrival.  Because of our small size cancellations affect us significantly.  Please review our full policy listed under room rates.
• Please telephone if you have special requirements.
• House limitations ~ We are a NO SMOKING property.  Smoking is not allowed within any building, on the porch or within 25’ of either building.  If you are a smoker we ask that your waste be disposed of properly and not in a guest room.
• Due to our residential location and for the courtesy of other guests we ask that volumes be kept low after 10:00 p.m.
•  Pets on a case by case basis.
• Children are most welcome.
