Deposits
A credit card is needed to guarantee a room.  No charges are made to the card unless the reservation is cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival or the reservation no shows or early departure.

Cancellations
Because of our small size, cancellations affect us significantly. A last-minute cancellation gives us little chance of filling the space due to our remote location. For these reasons, we uphold a strict cancellation policy.  If a cancellation is made 14 days or more prior to your arrival date there is no penalty.  If a cancellation is made less than 14 days prior to your arrival date, the total amount of the original reservation will be charged to the credit card guarantee.  However, if we are able to sell the room there would be no charge.  Should it be necessary for you to depart earlier than your confirmed reservation dates, you will be responsible for all of the original room nights booked from your intended stay.
